Your first stop on this exciting tour will be the Hoover Dam, where you will travel to across the
Dam and up to the Arizona Lookout for a rest stop and exciting photo opportunities of the Hoover Dam and
Bypass Bridge. Upon arrival at the West Rim, relax and spend time in the beautiful surroundings of Eagle and
Guano Points. Hike the trail at Guano Poing leading to the highest point where the scenic vantage offers a
majestic view of the Colorado River or just simply relax and enjoy the peacefulness that Grand Canyon West
has to offer.
Refunds & Cancellations
Sweetours maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of its’ tours; however, when there are
cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, the company works directly with the guest (s) and/or
booking agency to turn any negative experience into a positive one for the guest (s).
Extenuating circumstances may include oversleeping, missed pickups, or misinterpretations of booking
details.
A good example is if a guest (s) misses a morning pickup for a Grand Canyon tour, the company will
transport the party without charge to a location to connect with their assigned tour bus rather than
cancel their tour.
If a customer becomes sick and unable to conduct their tour, we will help them reschedule for another
tour date when they are available, without any charge.
Finally, as safety is always our primary concern, Sweetours is very vigilant of severe or rapidly changing
weather conditions at the tour destinations, particularly in the winter months. The company will not
hesitate to cancel tours when safety is compromised, will notify guests ahead of time, and either rebook
or refund monies.
SKYWALK (optional)
Experience the majestic wonders of the Grand Canyon West while standing on the “glass bridge”, the Skywalk. The Skywalk is a U-shaped glass bridge that extends 70 feet beyond the rim of the Grand Canyon, giving visitors a full View of the 3,200 foot drop in to the Colorado River on the Canyon Floor.

Payment: Customer pickups and drop-offs are made at several local hotels.
Vehicles: Our vehicles range from 4-57 passengers. Sweetours reserves the right
to use any of our vehicles for the tours depending on the size of the group.
Weather: Since Grand Canyon National Park is five hours away and Grand
Canyon West Rim nearly three hours away from Las Vegas, it is impossible for
Sweetours to predict the upcoming weather. If we know that it may be unsafe
to travel, we will cancel the trip and you will receive a full refund. If you are able
to see the Grand Canyon for a limited time and bad weather rolls in, you are
welcome to take another Grand Canyon trip with us at no extra cost. This offer
is good for two years from the date of the original trip. No Refunds.
Transferable: With only $50.00 payment to Sweetours. Cancellation: If you wish
to cancel the trip, please contact us or your agent 24 hours in advance;
otherwise, your deposit may be forfeited. You should ask your agent for more
information; Sweetours does not have possession of the deposit. Return Time:
All return times are based on normal operating conditions. Unforeseen
conditions may occur, such as weather, mechanical, road conditions, or missing
passengers, which may delay a timely return to the hotels.
